Antonio Ottaviani is the National Commander of the United National Honor Guard, a Critical Care Paramedic, and an emergency management professional dedicated to advancing honor guard excellence, leadership, and ceremonial standards throughout the United States. His career has been centered on serving others while preserving the traditions, professionalism, and values that define the first responder profession.

Antonio has served in emergency medical services in both frontline and leadership roles, with experience in critical care transport, emergency management, and national nonprofit leadership. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to mentoring future leaders, strengthening interagency relationships, and promoting excellence in service, training, and professional development.

As National Commander, Antonio leads the United National Honor Guard’s mission to standardize, preserve, and advance honor guard excellence nationwide. His work focuses on developing training standards, building partnerships across the public safety community, supporting ceremonial units, and ensuring that every ceremony is conducted with precision, professionalism, and honor.

In addition to his operational leadership, Antonio is the creator and host of The Line & The Oath, a podcast featuring conversations with first responders, military personnel, and leaders from across the country. Through these discussions, he highlights the stories, challenges, and values that shape those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

Antonio holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Emergency Management from Eastern New Mexico University and maintains advanced professional certifications, including Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) and Certified Medical Transport Executive (CMTE). He continues to advocate for servant leadership, professional excellence, and preserving the traditions that honor those who have served before us.
